Multi Source Universe - Issue.

Hi all,

I am getting below error for report which is pointing to Multi source universe.

1. WEbi Report :Failed to Execute : CALL getConnectorName('refernceID=2345') (Error:INF)

2. Universe / Data Federator Layer : Connection Was closed on the server

3.Data Federator Admin Tool : Problem getting metadata for catalogs (DFA 30001)  &  The list of functions can't be retrieved from the federation services (DFA 50002)

BO version : BO 4.1 Sp4 both database connection from SQL Server 2008.

And also i am not able create new multi source universe currently.
