How to get complete records

Hi All,

I have an query.

There is a condition like : we have 3 tables for eg: Employee table (Dimension Table)  , salary  for current year (fact table) , salary for last year (fact table).

We have setup a security table join with Employee table as well to restrict data for each HR manger.after setting the security HR mangers are restrict with employee, which are coming to their area.

for current year reports are working fine.

but there is a condition like : if employee get allocated to any other HR manager. new HR manager can view only current records of these employee.

here we are stuck due to we are unable to get complete records of employees.

We are using sap BO universe 4.0.
