Allow users to edit LOVs in designer

HI,

Can any one give some example on this. I tried searching in community but i am confused. If we enable this option , how can we edit LOVs in webi. Some screenshots helps.

For example

i have enabled the option Allow users to edit LOVs for dimension criteria in IDT. see image.

Now i ran a report in webi see image2.

Now can i edit the lovs in webi? If yes how?
