Could not find Root Folder Universe in IDT 4.1

I've a universe in Information Design Tool 4.1 in Root Folder. I can see it when Try to create New document from BI Launchpad.But could not see when I try to Import from repository.

I followed the steps is,

Open IDT <> File <> Open Project <> Select Root Directory <> Network <>

Here I don't see the universe what I was looking for? Is this the root directory or something else. I'm sure the universe is saved under root directory itself.

Please advise. I'm new to IDT.
