Hi All,
I have around 200 users list on PROD BI 4.1 server ,window 2008 R2 but need to migrate all these users on QA server which also BI 4.1
where i am trying to migrate all 200 user by CMC----Promotion Management but getting below error message and not able to migrate
Error:-
Resolution Status=Copied, Dependency Status=All the required dependencies are included., Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : You do not have any Concurrent User Licenses to make this user a concurrent user. You have 0 Concurrent User Licenses. The server supplied the following details: Failed to create concurrent user; license count is zero.
please let me some other idea also that i can migrate all user in one slot
