Has anyone ever built multiple universes over the same data foundation?
We have many shared dimension tables that relate to (are repeated in) over 7 different universes.
The creation of universes over the same data foundation seems to work just fine.
When a shared dimension tables change- so that we refresh the data foundation once and the 7 Universes reflect data foundation change?
It seems that when I retrieve one of these publish universes it brings it's own version of the data foundation. Each Universe brings it's own version back with it.
Can I ever setup the one foundation to many universes relationship again without messing up any object id's in the business layers?
I am looking for a way to maintain the data foundation once and have it be reflected in the associated universes. Is this possible when in Change mode?
