Business Objects 3.1 Query banding issue

Hi,

We have set up the query banding parameter at the universe level as below

SET QUERY_BAND='Universe''@VARIABLE('UNVNAME)';Document='@Variable('DOCNAME');BOUSER='@vVARIABLE('BOUSER')';'FOR TRANSACTION;

The user details are not showing up when then list of values are used in the query any changes to be done?????
