Best way to create a smaller (subset) universe from Monster universe in IDT

All,

I have this Monster Universe that has 14 Contexts (or Business Activities) (one context per Business Activity) and 5 folders for Master Data

Business Activityex: Wholesale, Online Sales, Registrations, Leads, Membership

Master Data ex: Client info, Product info, Sales Geo info, Dealer info

I need to create a small (subset) Universe for Online Sales that includes the following

Master Data: Client info, Product info

Business Activity: Online Sales, Registration, Membership

What's the best way to do it?

1. Create a Copy of this Monster Universe and hide the Master Data folders and Business Activity folders that I don't want to include in this Universe?
2. Also, I have one Business Layer View per context (Business Activity), should I just create a copy of Monster universe and hide all the Business Layer Views that are not needed?

or a different way?
