What is the source (data flow) for array bind size and array fetch size?

Hi,

Array fetch size is the no of rows fetch from database and

array bind size is the no of rows retrieved from connection server to database.

This is the definition I got from this document

But I would like to know where would this parameters effect while  running a report (like the data flow)

Considering the example of a universe created on Efashion universe and webi query created on this universe.
