BOBJ upgradation from 3.0 to 4.1

Hi Folks,

I have a requirement of upgrade existing bobj 3.0 project (Universe,Webi,Crystal and Dash Board reports) to 4.1.

Questions:

1.What all are the prerequisite to do.

2. Can we do direct up gradation from 3.0 to 4.1.

3. 4.1 license cost info etc.

4. Important precautions required.

5. Entire process.
